Your agents find the customer in your CRM, open the case, log the call and book the appointment. With the operations you tick, one by one. None comes ticked out of the box.
Contacts: search by phone, email or name, view, create, update. Cases and tickets: search, view, create, update, comment. Companies and opportunities: search. Activity: log this call in the CRM. Calendar: check availability, book, cancel and reschedule.
«Find contact» is a single tool; underneath it talks to whichever CRM you have. The agent doesn't get reconfigured if you switch CRM tomorrow.
From Settings → Connections, with the state in view —connected, not connected, needs reconnecting— and the provider's error verbatim when there is one. Disconnecting warns you first which agents lose what.
A tool is live for a conversation only if the connection is connected, the agent has it ticked, and the plan includes the module. It's computed as each conversation starts: disconnect the CRM mid-afternoon and agents stop offering it on the next call. No editing six agents.
A new agent can't touch anything until someone ticks it. Writing into a customer's system is not inherited by accident.
Operations run on demand, against your system, in the moment. We keep no mirror of your records.
Your agent checks the slot, books it and confirms it without leaving the call. With the duration, the notice and the limits you set for each appointment type.
«Luis» and «Bay 2» are equally valid calendars, each with its availability, its hours and its time zone.
Duration, buffer, minimum notice, which calendars and how many a day. That's what makes it safe to let an AI agent loose on the diary: it can't book what the appointment type doesn't allow.
Your choice. And two simultaneous bookings of the same slot can't both be confirmed.
Connected on request, live in weeks. We'd rather say it that way than show thirty logos where each one means something different.
«It integrates with your CRM» is what everybody says, and it usually means it exports a CSV overnight. Here it means the voice agent, with the customer on the line, finds their record, opens the case and logs the call before hanging up.
A straight conversation about your volume, your channels and where to start. No generic proposal.
